• Manage the High School Guidance Office and provide administrative assistance to the High School Counseling office and master scheduling process while maintaining a high standard of competence, confidentiality and teamwork.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree: Secretarial studies, administration, counseling or related degree 
• Minimum 2 years of administrative support or equivalent experience 
• High level of computer technical skills 
• Proficient in Google-Suite applications 
• Experience with design software preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong writing skills
• PowerSchool and Maia Learing experience preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or related
• Three (03) years experience in similar jobs.
• Post studies in Human Resources, Peruvian Labor law knowledgement.
• Bilingual: Be able to translate / interpret English to Spanish and Spanish to English
