FDR Leadership Team

Team Purpose Statement: We meet as a Leadership Team to coordinate the actions of the educational and logistical leaders in order to achieve the school’s mission and strategic objectives.

Preamble: We each have a story to tell with different values, strengths, and challenges. While all our stories may be different, our commitment and purpose is grounded in knowing better and doing better for our kids. Some of us value results, some of us never forget what and how educators shaped our lives. We acknowledge and grow from mistakes we have made, knowing that respect and trust is not a one way street. It is reciprocal and must be earned. At the heart of this work is our kids and what we do truly matters, as their stories are just beginning.
