The FDR Leadership Team Preamble

We each have a story to tell with different values, strengths, and challenges. While all our stories may be different, our commitment and purpose is grounded in knowing better and doing better for our kids. Some of us value results, some of us never forget what and how educators shaped our lives. We acknowledge and grow from mistakes we have made, knowing that respect and trust is not a one way street. It is reciprocal and must be earned. At the heart of this work is our kids and what we do truly matters, as their stories are just beginning.

The FDR Leadership team is where our school story is drafted, revised, and published - a story represented by a collective vision, shared values, and steadfast commitment to the students and community we serve.
