Condor Athletics & Activities Team
Condors Athletics & Activities Teams gives students competitive opportunities with an emphasis on growth in the sport or activity, sportsmanship, and teamwork. They are open to all students based on age or grade level category (ex. 2012 Soccer, 2010-2011 Basketball, or HS Debate). No students will be cut from the program, but teams will be selected based on skill level, attendance to practices, attitude, and teamwork. Not all students will make a tournament-level team, but our goal is to find the players who do not make the team, formative tournaments or friendly games to participate in.

FDR’s Athletics & Activities teams also participate in international competitions such as SAAC (South American Activities Conference) where they compete against schools from countries such as Brazil, Argentina, Ecuador, Chile and Uruguay.
This semester our SAAC Boys & Girls Basketball teams will be traveling to UAS (Montevideo, Uruguay), the Boys & Girls Track and Field team to Lincoln (Buenos Aires, Argentina), and the Boys & Girls Tennis team to ISC (Curitiba, Brazil). These three exciting tournaments will be held over the course of three days, from April 3 to April 5, 2025.
Colegio Roosevelt participates in local leagues consisting of schools in and around Lima. The two primary leagues are Asociación de Colegios Privados de Asociaciones Culturales (ADCA) and Asociación Deportiva de Colegios Religiosos Católicos y Laicos (ADECORE). In ADCA and ADECORE, the school participates in Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, Swimming, Track and Field, Chess, Table Tennis, Dance, and Fine Arts.
