How does the program link to the FDR mission?

• goal-setting through clearly organized criterion-referenced assessment that helps students and parents understand how grades are consistently determined and how to reach new levels of learning,
• development of key Approaches to Learning skills that enable students to become organize collaborative and thoughtful leaders.

• CAS, Extended Essay and a wide range of clubs and service opportunities enable students to follow their passions in a supported environment
• a broad-based subject offering ensures students have breadth within their educational experiences and discover their passions at a formative age
• the inquiry model also ensures that learning starts with the student's curiosity and helps to cultivate an inquisitive mind for future inquiry.

• reflection upon the Learner Profile in each year of the programs maintains a constant focus on character development, helping to create concrete examples of integrity within our community.
• annual student-led conferences give student the chance to exemplify and vocalize their personal development while families direct the development of ethics connected to their family and culture.

• service learning within the community is an obligatory part of an IB student’s education in every year of the their education. This participation is tracked through e-portfolios at Colegio Roosevelt and is a requirement for maintaining our IB authorization.
