HOLIDAY PROM GALA
REGISTRATION & TICKET INFORMATION
Once you have completed the Registration Form, follow the instructions below to pay for your ticket(s).

Ticket per person:
USD $85.00 (until November 16th)
Credit and debit card surcharge: USD $4.50 Visa
Note: Funds raised through ticket sales will be used to cover event costs.

Go to any Interbank location and request to make a payment deposit to: "Colegio Roosevelt: FDR PROM GALA"
Please follow these instructions:
- When you pay, you MUST give your first and last name and affiliation to FDR (alumni and class year, parent, other) in the transaction in order to register for the Holiday Prom Gala.
- You must submit your name and affiliation at the time of payment, in order to be included in the Attendees List.
- If you are buying more than one ticket, you must send us the list of your guests and their affiliation to FDR. Please send the list to: email@example.com
Log into your Interbank account online and go to "Pago de Recibos”
Follow these steps:
- Click on "Pagos"
- Click on "Colegios"
- Choose your bank account on "Cuenta de Cargo"
- Select: Empresa - "Colegio Roosevelt"
- Select: "Servicios: FDR PROM GALA"
- Enter you first and last names and affiliation (alumni and class year, parent, other). If your name and affiliation are not included in your payment, you will NOT be added to the Attendees List. Once you make your online payment at Interbank, you MUST e-mail the "Constancia de Pago" to firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm.
If you are buying more than one ticket, you must send us the “Constancia de Pago” and the list of your guests and their affiliation to FDR. Please send the list to: email@example.com
Ticket sales at FDR will only be during the mornings from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Reception Desk, which is located inside the Administration Center (upon entering the Main Gate, turn left before the Performing Arts Center building).
- You may pay ONLY with credit cards (Visa and MasterCard). Cash will not be accepted.
- For credit and debit card payments there is an additional surcharge of USD $4.50 for Visa and USD $2.50 for MasterCard

HOLIDAY PROM GALA - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The Holiday Prom Gala will be held in the Salón San Martín, located on the 4th Floor of the JW Marriott Hotel in Miraflores, across from LarcoMar. Please stop by the check-in table to register and confirm your table assignment and location.
Limited parking will be available. Consider carpooling and/or hiring transportation to and from the event for your safety and that of others. Thank you!
What will I get for my Holiday Prom Gala ticket?
Your ticket includes ALL of the following:
- Elegant 5-star hotel venue
- Welcome cocktail drinks
- Hors d’oeuvres / appetizers
- 3-course meal
- No charge for BYOB / “Corcho Libre”
- 6 hours of non-stop music and fun
- “Hora Loca” entertainers
Please note: Holiday Prom Gala tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable.
