Event Rules

Please remember the following:

• The Alumni Luncheon is an event organized by the Alumni Association of Instituto Educacional Franklin Delano Roosevelt (Alumni Association). Instituto Educacional Franklin Delano Roosevelt will (Colegio Roosevelt) only provide the facility location for its realization.
• The purchase is exclusively available online at https://www.amersol.edu.pe/, and at the entrance door on the day of the event.
• To enter the event, it is mandatory to identify yourself with an ID and accept these rules. Not doing so will prevent you from entering the event.
• Admission to the event is reserved exclusively for people over 18 years.
• Consuming alcoholic beverages in excess or illegal drugs could be harmful to your health, and driving under the effects of them is illegal.
• To enter with illegal drugs and food is not allowed. Colegio Roosevelt is a smoke/vape-free campus.
• Colegio Roosevelt and the Alumni Association are not responsible for an attendees consumption of alcohol and/or drugs. We recommend that the intake of alcohol is limited and moderate.
• We recommend that attendees take care of their personal belongings and valuables, and avoid leaving them unattended or inside their vehicles. Please note that no storage or custody service will be provided, and therefore neither Colegio Roosevelt nor the Alumni Association will be held responsible for the loss or theft of attendees’ personal property.
• With your access, you declare that you agree with these rules, and you will hold harmless and release from all liability, the Alumni Association and Colegio Roosevelt, sponsors, and all related parties, for any injury, loss or damage that may occur for not complying with rules.
• To take photos and/or videos of you, you must provide your authorization. You can review the document with the legal conditions that Alumni Association will apply to the processing of your personal data when accessing the event.

REGLAS PARA EL ACCESO AL EVENTO

Por favor, recuerda lo siguiente:

• El almuerzo de Ex Alumnos del Colegio Roosevelt es un evento organizado por la Asociación de Ex Alumnos del Instituto Educacional Franklin Delano Roosevelt (la Asociación de Ex Alumnos). El Instituto Educacional Franklin Delano Roosevelt (Colegio Roosevelt) únicamente brindará el local para su realización.
• La compra de las entradas solo puede realizarse online en https://www.amersol.edu.pe/, y en la puerta de entrada el día del evento.
• Para ingresar al evento es necesario identificarse con un documento oficial y aceptar estas reglas. No hacerlo impedirá su ingreso al evento.
• El ingreso al evento está reservado de manera exclusiva a mayores de 18 años.
• Está prohibido el ingreso con drogas ilegales y alimentos.
• Consumir bebidas alcohólicas o drogas ilegales puede ser dañino para la salud. Se encuentra absolutamente prohibido conducir bajo sus efectos. Si ingieres alcohol, se recomienda que tomes un taxi seguro.
• El ingreso con drogas ilegales y alimentos no está permitido. El Colegio Roosevelt es un campus libre de cigarrillos y vaporizadores.
• Ni el Colegio Roosevelt ni la Asociación de Ex Alumnos serán responsables por el consumo de alcohol o drogas ilegales de los asistentes al evento. Recomendamos el consumo limitado y moderado de alcohol.
• Recomendamos a los asistentes, cuidar sus pertenencias y objetos de valor, y no dejarlos sin atención o al interior de sus vehículos. No ofrecemos servicio de custodia, por lo que ni el Colegio Roosevelt ni Asociación de Ex Alumnos serán responsables por la pérdida o sustracción de los bienes de propiedad de los asistentes.
• Con tu acceso al evento, declaras que mantendrás indemne y liberarás de toda responsabilidad a la Asociación de Ex Alumnos, al Colegio Roosevelt y a todas las partes vinculadas a estos por cualquier lesión, daño o pérdida que pueda ocurrir por no cumplir con estas reglas o recomendaciones.
• Recuerda que para la toma de fotos y/o videos, debes brindar tu autorización. Puedes conocer el detalle de las condiciones que la Asociación aplicará al tratamiento de tus datos personales en el documento que te entregarán al acceder al evento.
