Guidelines for FDR Alumni Visits: Key Information for Accessing Colegio Roosevelt Campus on Approved Days and Times
Alumni may visit the campus without an FDR supervisor on Wednesdays between 1:00 and 4:30 pm or Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Alumni are required to wear and have visible at all times the orange, visitor ID.
Alumni requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the visit.
Saturdays, when a major event is taking place on campus, no Alumni may enter campus without an LT supervisor/escort.
Should an Alum visit the campus on any other day/time, they must be supervised by an FDR authorized employee.
Alumni must be registered with the main gate to include:
- Full name
- Date and Time of Entry
- Division/Department requesting the visitor
- The FDR supervisor/escort of visitor while on campus (when applicable)
- ID Number (Carnet; Passport, etc.)
- If entering campus by car, plate number, color, make and model
