Application Process

The following is the required process for application and enrollment at Colegio Roosevelt. Application for enrollment is NOT OFFICIAL until ALL items requested have been submitted.

Step 1

Complete the Application Online (click here):
The Admissions Office will receive the electronic Online Application automatically when it is completed and you will receive a registration confirmation number.
You will also receive a reply from the Office of Admissions with information about next steps.

Step 2

The following academic records and required documents must be submitted in English (translate when necessary) either in person to the Admissions Office or by e-mail at admissions.

If submitting via email, all original and official hard copy documents must be presented upon arrival in Lima.

ACADEMIC RECORDS

EARLY CHILDHOOD, KINDERGARTEN, AND GRADE 1 APPLICANTS
Report cards from nursery school (if applicable)
Parent questionnaire (download document)


grade 2 - grade 5 APPLICANTS
Last three (3) years report cards (including final grades) translated into English if necessary
Standardized test results (e.g. Iowa, Measures of Academic Progress - MAP)
NOTE - Parents need to send the recommendation forms by email to the teachers/counselors to have them returned to the Admissions Office (nmarquez@amersol.edu.pe).

It is mandatory to fill one form per student, regardless the applicant's nationality. (information)

Local transfers: once the applicant is accepted - "Ficha Única de Matrícula", "Carta de No Adeudo" and "Resolución de Traslado" from the local school in Peru

Step 3

Once you have completed the Online Application and submitted all required documents listed above, please contact us at admissions.

  1. schedule an appointment with the Admissions Officer who will review your application file;
  2. set up a parent interview or sky conversation with the Director of Admissions (if applicable);
  3. schedule candidate’s evaluation or placement interview with our school principals/counselors (if necessary).

Step 4

School counselors and division principals will meet to review the appliant file and evaluation to make an acceptance decision.

Step 5

Parents will receive a letter, phone call or e-mail from the Admissions Office with the acceptance decision.
