Application Process

The following is the required process for application and enrollment at Colegio Roosevelt. Application for enrollment is not complete until all items requested have been submitted.

Step 1

Complete the Application Online Form (click here):
You will receive an application Online confirmation email.  In this email you will find a link that will take you directly to the section to start uploading the required documents.  

Step 2

The following academic records and required documents must be submitted in English (translated when necessary) to the Office of Admissions at admissions@amersol.edu.pe.

ACADEMIC RECORDS

EARLY CHILDHOOD, KINDERGARTEN AND GRADE 1 APPLICANTS
Applying to EC3, EC4, Kinder and Grade 1 (first semester)
Report cards from nursery school (if applicable)
Parent questionnaire (download document)
Growth and Development Card (CRED)
Hemoglobin Test
Applying to the second semester of Grade 1
Report card of first semester of Grade 1

Copy of the Ministry of Education Official Peruvian Certificate of studies for applicants transferring from other local school in Peru.

grade 2 - grade 5 APPLICANTS
Last three (3) years report cards (including final grades if available) in their original language accompanied by the respective translation into English if necessary.
Standardized test results (e.g. Iowa, Measures of Academic Progress - MAP)

Grade 6 - GRADE 12 Applicants
Grade 6 to 8 - Last three (3) years report cards (including final grades) in their original language accompanied by the respective translation into English if necessary.
Grade 9 to 12 - All transcripts and report cards (including final grades) from grade 6 and up in their original language accompanied by the respective translation into English if necessary.

It is mandatory to fill one form per student, regardless the applicant's nationality. (download information)

Local transfers - once the applicant is accepted parents need to submit the following documents issued by the current school:

  • "Ficha Única de y Constancia de Matrícula"
  • "Carta de No Adeudo"
  • "Resolución de Traslado" 

Step 3

Once you have completed the Online Application Form and submitted all required documents listed above, please contact the Office of Admissions at admissions@amersol.edu.pe.

  1. Once the required documents are complete, the Office of Admissions will help you set up a parents’ interview via zoom with the Director of Admissions;
  2. The Office of Admissions will schedule candidates’ evaluations or placement interviews with our school principals/counselors (if necessary).

Step 4

Division principals, school counselors and specialist (if necessary) will meet to review the applicant’s file to make an admissions recommendation.

Step 5

Parents will receive an email from the Office of Admissions with the admissions decision.
