Introduction |
| PowerSchool is a web-based Student Information System providing real-time information over the Internet. With it, parents can get instant access to their child's schedule, attendance and grades. |
| How to Access Student Records |
| First, click the link: PowerSchool (above, after reading the instructions) |
| Second, in the window that opens: |
- Enter your child's USERNAME
- Enter the PASSWORD
- Press the ENTER key

| To see the Daily Bulletin, click on SCHOOL BULLETIN in the menu bar. |
|
| To see grades and attendance, click on GRADES AND ATTENDANCE in the menu bar. Attendance is shown for the last week and this week by period. If you want to see the entire semester, click on ATTENDANCE HISTORY. |
|
| To see teacher comments, click on TEACHER COMMENTS in the menu bar. Comments are shown by teacher. |

OLA and HAL Grades
When you enter your child's powerschool page you will see the list of courses and the OLA (Overall Level of Achievement) and HAL (Habits and Attitudes for Learning) grades, click on the OLA grade to view the specific assignments. The acronym OLA will be replaced by a 1 to 7 IB grade on predetermined dates

To access assignment grades click on the OLA acronym or grade.

Introducción |
PowerSchool es el nuevo sistema de datos del alumno que les permite, a través de Internet, tener acceso a información actualizada sobre los alumnos. Mediante ésta, uds. padres tendrán acceso a los horarios, los comentarios de los maestros, el control de asistencia y las notas de sus hijos. |
Como tener acceso a los reportes |
| Primero active el enlace: PowerSchool (al inicio de esta
página, luego de leer las instrucciones) |
Segundo, en la ventana que se abrirá, haga lo siguiente: |
- ingrese el numero de identificacion de su hija/a (USERNAME)
- ingrese el codigo secreto (PASSWORD)
- presione ENTER

Para ver el boletín informativo diario, haga click en SCHOOL BULLETIN en la barra del menú. |

Para ver las notas y la asistencia, haga click en GRADES AND ATTENDANCE en la barra del menú. La asistencia que podrá ver será la de la presente semana y de la pasada. Si usted desea ver la del semestre entero, haga click en ATTENDANCE HISTORY. |

Para ver los comentarios de los profesores, haga click en TEACHER COMMENTS en la barra del menú. |

Notas de OLA y HAL
Cuando usted entre a la página de su hijo/a en powerschool usted vera la lista de cursos y las notas de OLA (Nivel integral de logros) y HAL (Hábitos y actitudes para el aprendizaje), haga click en la nota de OLA para ver la lista de trabajos de la clase y sus respectivas notas. Las siglas OLA serán reemplazadas por una nota IB entre 1 y 7 en fechas predeterminadas..

Para ver la lista de trabajos realizados en clase y las notas de estos haga click en las siglas o la nota de OLA.
