A Checklist
The climate of Chiclayo and Trujillo are similar to that of Lima. Days can get warmer since there is a little more sun, but nights are chilly.

Fundamentals & Protection
- a hat to block the sun
- plastic water bottle
- camera
- a towel
- toiletries: toothbrush, comb, shampoo, deodorant
- lip balm
- sunscreen
Other stuff
- three pens or pencils
- the activity booklet
- a clipboard
- a daypack to carry things around in

Clothing
- 2 pairs of shoes (outdoor wear)
- several pairs of socks
- A maximum of five changes of clothing (jeans, sweatshirts, tee-shirts, underwear)
- a light jacket
- a swimsuit

- emergency contact persons’ names, addresses,
phone numbers
- your complete name and address
- spending money
Pack tweezers, scissors, nail clippers, and aerosol bug
sprays in your checked luggage as these items are not allowed
in carry on bags. A cream or pump bug repellant may be
packed in your carry on bag.
Spending Money
Students will not need any more money than they wish to spend on souvenirs. We recommend 150 soles. Bring small bills and change if possible. |
