The final product that we supplied our site with was a computer lab with 4 computers having 3 installed with EduBuntu and one with CD-ROM programs.  Before we completed our job, we obtained the money for the materials that were required by doing a barbeque on a Saturday afternoon. We were able to raise approximately 980 soles, plus, the 750 soles we applied for the school from the Sponsored Run. Then, we tested out the computers to see if they would work and luckily they did but one of them blew up. We bought the materials and at the site we cleaned out the room, sanded the walls and the next day we painted them a creamy color. We then put the table in place and finally we installed the computers. Saturday morning was the inauguration of the computer lab and a lot of people were present. We were given thank you letters and we gave a small talk. We cut a ribbon open and then the children were able to work with EduBuntu. Both parents and children were pleased with our efforts and final design and the children enjoyed the games.
