In the creation part of the Design Cycle for our CoFo Project, we interacted with many different sites and people. The first site we went after our plans and investigations was to the municipality of La Molina to find a way to publish an article in La Molina News magazine about the importance of the fire station. Once we arrived, we talked to the woman in charged on this subject, which was Patricia Ambulodique and with her with talked about what we had been doing. We gave her our purpose of publishing an article about the importance of the fire station but she told us that they had already published one last month so it make no sense publishing it again. So after talking and finding a way of what to publish, we agree to publish an article about us, our CoFo group, of what we were doing and with intentions to empower other adults to donate or by just simply respect the fire fighters on the streets. We made the article with her and we all revised it and finally she told us that she would take care of it to publish it on the month of May. After this, we then moved on to the public school Aurelio Miro Quesada to accomplish our goal of teaching and educating the community about the importance of the fire station and also about how can they help, our CoFo project and the problems and experiences the fire fighters had. To make this more fun and realistic we decided to invite Gino Villacorta, which was a fire fighter on the Fire station to give evidence and support what we were saying to the kids. When we went to the school first to have the interview, Maria Camahuali, the sub director, welcome us and gave us permission to come any Wednesday at 10:30am to teach the six classes of 6th grade. After we finished all the presentations the kids, teachers and fire fighters were very happy and proud of what we did.

Finally, in order to make some more hours spent on site we went to the fire station to help them do anything they gave us. When we arrived we worked on organizing files, documents and advertisements, making bandages for the ambulances and even translating a paper from English to Spanish because one fire fighter was going to make a presentation on a university out of that paper and he couldn’t understand it well. After all these things we were now done with our minimum requirement of twenty hours at the site or sites and we were all ready to start with the last part of the design cycle which was the evaluation part of it.
