Our possible solutions for our topic of helping the Cuna Jardin improve their safety are the following:

  1. Teach them how to react to earthquakes. Example: Hide under a table, remain calm. Research about ways to respond safely on Google.
  2. Re-construct the uneven brick walls which are dangerous because they are collapsible and the textures of the walls are rocky and unsteady.
  3. Re-construct the carcinogenic roof on top of the kitchen and dining room, which are collapsible due to the fact that the earthquake in August 2007 destroyed the original roof. It left them with no choice but to use the broken roof.
