During this project we learned how to be independent and be responsible outside of school. We learned to protect and watch after one another when we were walking in the streets by ourselves. Even though we had more freedom than we were used to, we learned how to use it effectively and in a way, we were really proud of ourselves during our process. We got ambitious throughout the project, from wanting to make a concert to a fashion show. But we learned that as long as we would be helping our site and help the warm community, nothing else mattered. The most important lesson from CoFo was that the process taught us that helping was more important than the grade we were going to get. However, learning to work in a group and come up with an agreement was also very important. After so many fights, after so many arguments, headaches, broken pencils, consequences of high stress, we managed to finish our project and be proud of what we did. If there was a chance to go back, we wouldn’t change anything. Our process was definitely unstable, and we rushed through the project at the end because we were more worried about creating a great, memorable fundraiser instead of earning money. However, this mistake has taught so much that we don’t regret it at all.
