As soon as we knew our COFO group, we decided to work on the Pre School (wuawuawasi) of Alicorp. After our visit, we noticed it was fully equipped and we couldn’t create a great difference on it. We still had the idea of working under education, that is how using the school list, we were able to contact “Niños de la Vida”, a home run by Kids alive organization.

After talking to the People in charge of the house, we noticed that they had mayor problems like lack of values and a poor playground. We were wishing to help there site improve and create an impact on the kids so they would never forget. For that we talked with the social assistant, Julia. She told us what were the major values we could work with the kids to make them better persons. She also helped us with tips on how to improve the playground to make it more suitable and healthy for spending the afternoon.

For learning about the required values, we had to talk to experts willing to help us gain knowledge about the assigned topics. We talked to the school psychologist, Lucrecia Rodriguez and a doctor, Manuel Perez-Martinot. They both helped us throughout the whole process of the project. For remodeling the playground, we had to had an expert help to mixing the paint and re building the wall. The people that helped us were workers from Alicorp and BCP. These two companies were the ones that donated the necessary materials for creating our whole project.
