All About me
I thought I had lost everything, but instead I won. In 2003, when I was going to move from Buenos Aires, Argentina, to Lima, Peru I thought I was going to lose everything; my friends, my school, my house and a lot more things. But instead I won things; I got a better school, more friends and a better house. I need it to move because of my father’s work. My father’s name is Hugo and my mother’s name is Ana Maria. I have two brothers, Tomas which is fourteen years old, and Nicolas which has seventeen years old. Sometimes I play with them in my free time. Also my free time I play on the computer, watch T.V and my favorite activity is to paint. I love to paint or draw things. That’s why my favorite subject in the school is Art, but I also like Math and I also like writing. But I like writing in Spanish, since Spanish is my first language. I also like to travel, travel a lot. I didn’t travel too much, I went to five countries: Uruguay, U.S, Dominican Republic, Peru and Argentina obviously. In Argentina, where I was born I had my first communion, in the year 2002, since I’m catholic. It’s a shame that I would have to leave Peru and go back to my country, Argentina, very soon.
 

 
School

Roosevelt school is better than other schools for some reasons but it also had dad things, I know that because I have mi own experience. Since I started in fifth grade, I had really nice teacher and until now I have them. Some of them were very fun. Most of them are from Peru or from U.S since this is an American school in Peru. We start school at 8 on the morning and we finish at 3:30 on the afternoon every day, except on Wednesdays, that we finish at 12:30 pm. On Wednesdays we also have block that consists in going to some places or staying at the school doing things for the community, visiting to know more about places, or sometimes we play games. Block is really funny but they separated us in groups, and that is not so good. This school is totally different from the one I had in Argentina. This one is much better than my other school, the rooms are better, the bathroom is better, the after school activities are better, (especially climbing wall) THE SCHOOL IS MUCH BETTER!!! But the thing I don’t like about this school is that the stairs are very dangerous for me. I always fall down and one time I almost broke my mouth and one time I hit my head so hard that it hurt me a lot!!! Now I’ am more carefull with the stairs, but still I hate them! The school is awesome but not always, so I always see the good side.
All About my family
My family is very special to me and I am very special to my family. Because we love each other. We are always together, in the nice and comfortable moments and in the depressing or ugly moments in our life. This family, my family, is from Argentina, a country that is not so well right now. But my family it is not as my country, if not is strong. For example every Saturdays we go to church, to thank the god for the life that we have. Or when I lived in Argentina, every Sundays we ate meat. My father prepared the meat and my mother prepared the salad. My mother’s name is Ana Maria and my father’s name is Hugo, they were born in Argentina, the whole family was born there, but they travel a lot. But mostly they travel alone. That means without my two big brothers, Nicolas and Tomas, and me. While they are traveling, we all respect each other, since that is very important to my parents. But that doesn’t mean that we never respect each other, we respect each other when they are here and when they are not. Everyone thinks their family is special, that is why my family is special to me.
Community
Home, sweet home. I lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina but later, on 2003 I moved to Lima, Perú. My parents looked for many places but they decided to rent a house in Surco. Surco is very nice place with a lot of flowers and green grass, is very difficult to find green grass in Lima. I live in Casuarinas, a really nice private neighborhood. In this neighbor we have a small church and a group of mothers that go
to visit some places. We also have some parties there, like in Halloween the small kids wear costumes and they do a party in one house. I think this private neighborhood is unique because it is a small place with not so many people. We have more silence and not so much noise but a lot of my friends live here. That is why I love this place, I can walk to my friends house without any problem. For example one of my best friends lives in front of my house. Every ho me is a sweet home.
