School
and Community
|
Imperial Elementary is the school that I attend. It’s a fun
and educational school to go to. I have been attending Imperial since
Kindergarten.
Imperial has given me many special memories that I will never forget, including
the teachers. They are very nice. Staff members and teachers have helped
me through many tough times.
At Imperial the classrooms have no closed doors. They have classes right
beside each other with no doors. There is a library, a main office, and
there are lunch tables outside right next to the playground. We don’t
have a cafeteria like many other schools.
In the morning my mother drives me to school. It’s only a 5 minute
drive. I love going to school and meeting my teacher, Mrs. Alford. I hope
I’ve told you what you want to know about Imperial Elementary, home
of the Eagles. |

I am very lucky to have been born in Southern California. It is
such a great community! Anaheim Hills is a city with many buildings,
streets, and cars. I like Anaheim because it is not too busy of a
city.
Anaheim has many popular features nearby such as Disneyland (an amusement park),
Hollywood and Los Angeles (famous cities), and many national parks.
I am now involved in a community program at a children’s hospital. I am
in a group called the Youth Advisory Council. It’s good to know that I
am helping to build a better community.
I love living in Southern California and hope you can visit some day. |

About my family
|
| In my family, I have a mom, a dad, an older sister, and two older
brothers. I love my family, but siblings get annoying sometimes. I
actually have a very typical family. I like it that way though. My
oldest brother lives in Maryland which is on the other side of the
country. I sometimes miss him. My family is great! |
