All About me
Name is Michael Kittridge. I live in Anaheim Hills, California but I was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. It is probably because I was born in Hawaii that I love pineapple and coconut so much. I am 11 years old and will be turning 12 in about three weeks.
I don’t speak any languages other than English, but I plan to learn the Hawaiian language. I am very interested in marine life and I plan to become an ichthyologist when I grow up.
This is me

An ichthyologist is someone who studies fish. I am very dedicated to reaching this goal.

All About my family
My family’s last name is Kittridge. In my family I have a brother, mother and father who live in the same house along with me. My brother is younger than me, and even though I love him, at times is a big pest. My dad is often serious, but when he’s in a funny mood he can be hilarious. My mom is always fun, she is a very loving person. She likes to play with our pets a lot.
We have two dogs and two cats. They all get along with each other very nicely. That is very important to our family. Our dog’s names are Shadow and Willow. Shadow is black and is very defensive of our family. Willow is very energetic and her tail constantly wags. Our two cats are named Oliver and Nicholas. Oliver is very lazy! Nick, on the other hand, gets plenty of exercise by running around the house all day. My family loves our pets very much; they are an important part of our family. Everyone gets along in my family; I love all of my family members very much!

School and Community

Imperial Elementary is where I learn and enjoy learning. Here, the mascot is the eagle. Our school works hard to achieve goals and become eagles soaring high above the rest. Our school goes from K-6th grade. At school, the teachers and staff make sure we’re having a good time and keep us under control. They do a very good job. However, sometimes they’re a little too protective. Our school has several different schedules for each grade level. Most of them go along these lines; before school, we can come early and play just like a recess. Then we go to class and recite the Pledge of Allegiance. We then work until recess. After that, we work some more until lunch. Then we work and pack up to go home. One of the advantages of being in the upper grades (4 ,5 and 6) is that you have music class every Thursday. Some students play the violin, cello, trumpet, flute, tuba and other band instruments. Another advantage to being in the upper grades is you can run for student council. It’s kind of like the office staff except it’s run by students. That is what I can tell you about one of my favorite schools.

I live in Anaheim Hills of Orange County. There is alot to do here. There’s the beach, amusement parks, and of course, Disneyland. As well as entertainment, there are many food places here. You might eat at In-n-Out Burger, or Burger King, McDonalds, or KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken). There is plenty of things to do in Anaheim Hills, and the fun is almost unlimited. The only drawback about California is the hot weather. Sunbathers, beware. There have been high temperatures of 110 degrees in Anaheim. You can forget about rain or snow. That’s the scoop on Anaheim Hills.
