Size: 20cm long with a 90cm wingspan

Diet:They eat fruit juice and flower nectar
 

Predators: Humans because some humans eat bats & humans cut down the rainforest which is their home
 

Adaptations: They have long webbed fingers that serve as wings and good eyesight and smell to find their food with 
 

Interesting Facts: 

  • They are a big part in seed dispersal and pollination of fruits and flowers
  • They use their wings to wrap around themselves when it is cold and to fan themselves with when it is hot
  • They are a big part of reforestation in the rainforest
  • They have faces that look like those of dogs so they are also called flyi ng foxes
