Diet: The diet of the jaguar consists of lamb, reptiles, fish, tapir, deer, and large rodents. The jaguar hunts mostly in the day.  
 

Predators: The jaguar doesnt have many predators exept poisonos snakes that take them by suprize, but the jaguars worst predetor is the human

Adaptations:  As a defense mechanism the coat of the jaguar blends in with the lights of the jungle.  The jaguar is an animal that likes to be alone.  Jaguars are excellent swimmers and  be found near rivers.
 

Interesting Facts: The Jaguar is the largest species in the cat  family. Despite its heavy build, the jaguars movement are rapid and agile, and it is an excellent climber.  It captures fish by dangling its tail in the water unfeeling around in the water until it finally grasps onto a fish. This animal doesn't usually attack people unless it is bothersome and loud or if it is just very hungry.
