Diet:
Insects such as cockroaches, termites, ants, and mosquitoes. 
 

Predators: Birds, Snakes, and bigger animals.
 


Adaptations:
Camouflage into their surroundings.

They have transparent eyelids so that dust doesn' t enter their eyes, and at the same time they can see.  Geckos have a long tongue which they clean their eyes with it.
 


Interesting Facts:

  • The only word that Geckos can pronounce is "Gecko"
  • They have pads on their feet so that they can stick to walls without falling.
  • Geckos control insect population in the jungle.
  • The Gecko is the smallest type of lizard and the fastest. 
  • It is a very harmless lizard but very noisy.
  • Some Geckos jump and glide to avoid their predators
  • There are about 750 species of geckos.
