Diet:
Nobody really knows. Scientists think they fed on small invertebes.

Predators: 
Humans, acid rain, and a methoid in farming called slash and burn. 

Adaptations:
They have sharp claws under their paws to protect themselves.

  • The last one to be sited was in 1989 in Costa Rica. 
  • They think that the Golden Toad is extinct. 
  • They are active in the day time (diurnal). 
  • This toad is considered to be one of the most spectacular colored toads on the earth. 
  • The same scientist that discovered the Golden Toad, now precences their extinction
