Spanish Name: Murcielago Come Fruta

Size: 6 inches winspan by 5 inches

Life span: 2 to 3 years aproximatley.

 Diet: They eat figs and other kinds of tropical zone fruits such as bananas.peaches, vegetables, and flowers.
 

Predators: Humans that sometimes eat bats. 
 

Adaptations: They like to live in caves or trees.  .  They have very long webbed finger that serve as wings.  They are able to fly high so other animals won't kill them.  they also are able to live in the desert because by eating fruits the fruits give the bats water also.
 

Interesting Facts: They throw the seeds of the fruits that they eat dispersing them in the forest for future trees that can grow.They can live in dry deserts or in the wet climate of the rain forest
