Mostly insects like flightless fruit
flies, small crickets, termites, and ants.
Predators:
The poison protects the poison
arrow frogs from most predators except the snake Lemaidophis Epinephelus.
The cat eyed snake eats the frog eggs.
Adaptations:

Their skin secrets poison which helps to not be eaten.

They are very small and not easy to spot and stay mostly on the jungle
floor.

They have very bright colors that warn the other animals that they are
not fit to eat.
