Mathematics' students in the high school are expected to have the following materials daily in class:

• Graphing calculator (preferably a Texas Instrument  TI-83, TI-83+ , TI-84 or TI-84+. The TI -84+ is the type of calculator that the instructor uses with the class).
  
• Pen, pencil, colored pencils
  
• Lined paper
  
• Milimetre graphing paper
  
• Ruler
  
• Text book

Texas Instrument graphing calculators are not easily found in Lima, purchasing these abroad is recommended. The PTA ususally has a few for sale ($160 US dollars).

Calculators with a QWERTY keyboard are not acceptable.
