A few weeks after the induction ceremony, new and old members attend an overnight retreat at the school. There is a program to follow, which means that several activities will have been previously organized to make this event a real success. The retreat’s main objectives are to:

Unite all NHS members

Grow in the four NHS principles
In
order to achieve the first objective many related activities take place.
To achieve the second one, several teachers are
invited as guest speakers to do a workshop on each
of the four NHS principles. Even breakfast, lunch,
and dinner are used to make this retreat an unforgettable event. Two
adults stay with the group all this time—the NHS advisors are completely
responsible for this activity.
