With an average of 1 computer per 4 students around campus, technology has a very extensive and important role in the FDR community. Teachers and administrators at Colegio Roosevelt place great importance in using computers and technology in order to improve classroom instruction. They recognize that today's society and communication technologies are evolving quickly, and that technology literacy will be an important skill in tomorrow's world. Using technology in the classroom serves many purposes: it fosters creativity; it enables fast mass-communication; it provides new ways to present information and curriculum. Most importantly, it allows students to learn how to make decisions, how to solve problems and how to work as part of a team.
