  • DONG KYUN YU
We are delighted to pass on more good news regarding Dong Kyun Yu. Last week Dong Kyun visited school, while he was in school he caught up with many students and teachers. He was also presented with a card and a gift of money from some of the Grade 11 who have done so much to raise funds and help to support Dong Kyun and his family. There are still many weeks of recovery ahead of Dong Kyun before he will be able to return to school full time but we wish him well.

We could still use a few more parent volunteers for the Book Swap.  Please contact Linda Hoiseth lhoiseth@amersol.edu.pe if you're interested.

ATTENTION HIGH SCHOOL PARENTS
To improve communications between the HS Dean of Students, HS students and their parents / guardians, detention notification will now be sent via e-mail to all parties. To confirm receipt of the notification a return e-mail needs to be sent by HS parents / guardians at the earliest opportunity. At present, letters are lost or returned late which has made it difficult to confirm if information is being communicated effectively. Where e-mail is not available we will continue to send letters. We appreciate your support in this matter.
