We well remember how it felt to read this book as newly hired teachers at FDR. It is our hope that the suggestions in this manual make it a helpful guide for you, as you prepare to move to Lima, Peru.

There are many new tips that have been included. We also will want to include your suggestions and insights for the next edition of this manual.
