Most international brands are available locally. However, if there is a brand you just cannot live without, you will need to bring it with you.

For any hobby you are involved in, please check with the school to verify the availability of the supplies in the local market. If you sew, bring supplies (patterns, iron-on patches, Velcro, seam binding, and any other items for a basic sewing kit). Fabric, thread, and scissors, needles and pins can be purchased here.

Bring as many US stamps as you can. We try to find people flying to the US who are willing to carry mail for us, but the school is not responsible for this service. It is difficult to find greeting cards in English, so you may want to bring cards and stationary.
