Teachers with children may need a live-in maid that can help with the daily homework and take care of the children. Singles and couples may prefer a part-time maid (once or twice a week)

Declaration :

• I am awared that, in Peru, Lease contracts are signed for one year. If I decide to break the contract before the lease is over, I will have to give a written 30 days advise to FDR and landlord prior to the moving date and, I will have to pay a one month rent penalty to the landlord.
• I am awared that, during the June Visit, I may not notice details such as neighbors, noise at night, etc.
• I am awared that it usually takes about 30 days to get internet, cable and landline unless these services have already been hired by the landlord. FDR can not hire these services on my behalf until my arrival to Peru in July.
• I have read the Housing Agreement included in the school web page and I understand that maintenance and minor repairs of the house assigned to me will be my responsibility.
