- Do you prefer to stay in a hotel during the first weeks after your arrival or do you prefer to be assigned a house / apartment as per FDR criteria. ?

Declaration :
I am aware that if I choose to be assigned a house under FDR criteria:
- I will accept the house chosen by FDR on my behalf and I will live there for at least one year, otherwise, I will pay the one month penalty included in the lease contract, and I will give a written 30 days advise to FDR and landlord prior to the moving date.
- There might be houses better than the one assigned to me, because it is impossible for FDR to find the same house for everybody.
- I will only be able to look at the house trough pictures before the lease contract is signed; therefore, I will not be able to look at details (neighbors, noise at night, etc.).
I am aware that if I choose to stay in a hotel during the first weeks after my arrival:
- There is a big probability that my moving will be done once the school year has already started.
I am aware that no matter the option I choose, once I move in to my house, it will take about 30 days to get internet, cable and landline unless these services have already been hired by the landlord. I understand that FDR can not hire these services on my behalf until my arrival to Peru.
