Documents Needed
to Obtain Work Permit and Resident Visa
IMPORTANT : ALL OF YOUR DOCUMENTS MUST HAVE THE
SAME
NAME
AND SIGNATURE AS IN YOUR PASSPORT
You will be coming to Lima on a Tourist Visa
The following documents are needed to obtain your Work Permit and Resident Visa :
- Passport (valid through August 2012, must have at least three consecutive blank pages).
- Original Diploma of your Bachelor or Master Degree, authenticated by the corresponding Peruvian Consulate.
- Teaching Credential (simple photocopy).
If you are married, you may also need :
- Original Marriage Certificate (if spouse is your dependent or if your diploma is written under your maiden name) authenticated by the Peruvian Consulate
- Original Children’s Birth Certificates (if applicable) authenticated by the Peruvian Consulate
- Children’s Adoption Decree of Letter of Guardianship (if applicable) authenticated by the Peruvian Consulate
