Business Office Staff

During the next days, you will be doing some paper work for visas, proper identification, taxes, bank accounts, and some others. The Personnel Office will help you with some of these procedures. Our Business Office staff is as follows:

Maria Isabel Payet, Business Manager: Responsible for the day to day operation of finance, buildings and grounds, purchasing, security, human resources, medical services and administrative technology

Cecilia Ching , Finance Officer: Supervises Business Office operations upon Business Manager’s absence. Supervises bank accounts operations/transactions of school. Assists the Business Manager on budget preparation.

Patsy La Torre , Logistic Officer: Supervises Purchase office operations.

Cecilia Peña, Logistics Assistant: Prepare, receive and process all new US purchase orders. US Technological and Housing order. Obtain liberation of educational material from Ministerio de Educacion.

Marilu Calamo, Supply Room keeper and Local Purchases Assistant: Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory of Supply Room stock items and request orders. Prepares, receive and process all requisitions for the purchase of materials and/or services.

Marcos Chumpitaz, Accountant: Assists with staffs'' salary payroll. Process Requisitions. Prepares accounting vouchers (accounts payable and accounts receivable). Assists with the preparation of the School’s Financial Statements.

Ricardo Reaño, Administrative Software Supervisor: Keeps up with the maintenance of the Business Office computer systems.

Gustavo Abanto, Cashier: Pays Cash advance for school trips. Assists parents with after school activities payments. Coordinates with the Peruvian Social Security Office.
