Organization

The Professional Development Committee is representative of all three schools, support staff and administration.  The Professional Development Committee has three roles:

  1. It reviews the annual organizational plan, brings further information, questions and suggestions to the table and takes part in final approval.  
  2. It meets at least quarterly during the school year to allocate funds for individual requests from faculty and staff every year. Decisions for individual applications are based on selection criteria and allocations are based on criteria. 
  3. The Committee oversees the PD webpage.  Members of the PD Committee regularly report to their school faculties about progress in the organizational plan, the process for individual requests and professional opportunities during the school year. Questions and suggestions come back to the PD Committee from faculty and staff.
