How to Apply

Roosevelt follows an academic year based on the Northern Hemisphere calendar. This means that school typically begins the first week of August and runs until the third week of December. Students return for second semester at the end of February and classes continue until the end of June. While most students enter school at the beginning of each semester, we do take applications and accept students throughout the year.

Application Schedule for Early Childhood and Kindergarten

Age requirements for admissions

EC-3: three years old prior to September 1st of the year of admission

 

EC-4: four-years old prior to September 1st of the year of admission

 
 

Kindergarten: five-years old prior to September 1st of the year of admission.

 

Application Schedule for Transferring Students

Students who have recently arrived in Peru or wish to transfer to Colegio Roosevelt, may submit applications and may be granted admittance at any time during the year in accordance with admissions criteria and procedures when there is space available. In order to project our enrollment we ask parents to send a letter providing detailed student personal data (full name, date of birth, nationality, etc.) at least three months prior to the projected date of arrival. This letter must include copies of complete academic records (at least three previous years — where applicable — including standardized test results, letters of recommendation, etc.)
