Using Laptops for the First Time

• Teachers will have to attend an orientation before being allowed to check the mobile lab.
• The first time you use the lab with your students please allow 5-10 minutes for a tech staff member to review the basics (make sure to make an appointment).
  o Check battery life
  o Proper care of the screen and hardware
  o Login process
  o Use on the Touch pad
  o Changing connection (Airport/Ethernet)
  o Saving
  o Shutting down correctly
• The trunks are located in the Tech Labs. Include moving time when planning your lesson (5 minutes to bring them and set them up, 5 to take them back).
