SWIMMING PROGRAM AT ROOSEVELT

Beginner and Intermediate Group: Tuesdays and Fridays from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m

Students have the opportunity to go to the pool

on the school bus and learn the different strokes : Freestyle, bakcstroke, breastroke and butterfly. At the same time the program involves not only swimming but different exercises and games to be more familiar with the water and enjoy the activities. These activities include: modified games, relay games, underwater.

Intermediate Group and Pre-Team: Mondays and Thursday from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m

SWIM TEAM- Trains Mon- Wed - Thurs for elementary and Middle and High School can come any day- there will be a bus to bring them back to school at 5:10p.m. from Monday-Friday- except Wednesday

Students from Elementary participate in friendly meets like Copa Markham and UDCA (union de colegios amigos) and ADCA .
Middle School and High School participate in the ADCA tournament that takes place in April every year.
