AFTER-SCHOOL ACTIVITIES PROGRAM - March 9- June 12

Important Information:

• All students who stay in school from 2:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. must sign up for an activity. ONE MUST BE A SPORT !
• NEW SIGN-UP PROCEDURE, WILL NOT BE FIRST CAME FIRST SERVE. IF THE ACTIVITY IS FULL, NAMES WILL BE DRAWN RANDOMLY
• ONE SIGN-UP FORM PER ACTIVITY

Activities with payment:

• Scrapbook- 180 soles, give it to the teacher the first day of classes

Sign up will be on specific time on Wednesday, March 4, the homeroom teachers will collect the forms.

Dear Parents,

Our Elementary After-School Activities Program will begin on Monday, March 9. Students may sign-up through Thursday, March 5. Activities will be scheduled only if enough students sign-up (minimum of 8).
Once students have signed-up for an activity, we are unable to make changes. So talk with your child beforehand to be sure about the activities he/she has chosen.

If you have already paid for bus service, your child may ride the 3:30 p.m. bus. Please be reminded that it is the parents’ responsibility to arrange for bus transportation directly with the bus office and also that the 3:30 p.m. buses follow the high school routes.
We encourage parents to copy their child's after-school activity schedule and post it in a visible place at home.
