Colegio Roosevelt is happy to announce that we have organized this program of cultural and physical activities for FDR students at no charge for parents.  We encourage you to register your children early and to keep in mind that enrollment will be on a first-come-first-served basis as we will have limited spaces in the activities.  

Physical activities will be coordinated in collaboration with the HB Club which has specific guidelines and protocols approved.  Please take note of the links attached for safety and distance protocols required for children to participate in Colegio Roosevelt’s Winter Camp 2021.  The protocols will remain the same in use for current activities on campus.

If you have questions, please contact our Winter Camp Coordinators: 

1. Registration will begin on Monday, June 21, 2021 at 8:00 a.m.  The procedure parents need to follow will be the same as the current activities program using the FDR Go App.

2. Parents need to download the FDR Go App to make the selection of activities for their children from the Apple App Store here or from the Google Play Store here.

3. Parents need to make one selection of an activity per time slot for their children (grades 1 to 7).  Please note that the activities you select for each time slot will be repeated every day throughout the three weeks program. 

4. According to the FDR Go app, parents of students from EC to grade 2 currently participating in the Activities program, are required to accompany their children.  However, parents of students who will enroll in the Winter Camp program in July, do not need to accompany their children.  In order to complete the registration form, parents still need to submit the name of a parent who will accompany the children by selecting the appropriate tab in the registration form, however, parents are not required to accompany their children to Winter Camp.  Please remember that parents don’t need to make a selection of activities for children in the EC/K age group.

Please remember that registration will be on a first-come-first-served basis as we will have limited spaces in the activities. The number of seats available in the cultural and physical activities are as follows:

  • EC/K Cultural Activities (one class with 15 students)
  • Cultural activities (20 students per time slot)
  • Physical activities (20 students per time slot)

Program Characteristics:

The program consists of three 50 minute periods every day.  Parents need to choose the cultural or physical activities for their children (grades 1 to 7). When applicable, students will be grouped according to their age and grade level.  

The Winter Camp staff is composed of Roosevelt staff (teachers and coaches) who have been trained to comply with the school’s safety protocols.

Physical distance is essential.  Students will participate in the cultural and physical activities we have planned in different locations observing the physical distancing. 

Because of the distance restrictions, we will not offer school transportation for this program.  Parents will need to bring and pick up their children.
