In 1877, Thomas Edison was working on a machine that would transcribe telegraphy messages through indentations on a paper tape. To record and save messages. He record a message by putting a needle attached to a cylinder.
The phonograph had 2 diaphragm and needle units, one for recording what you say and 1 for playing back what you said. The Edison's phonographs cost were 20 $ dollars. Now there are different types of new moderns phonographs in the world.

When the phonograph was already invent it people buy it for only 20$ dollars! it was very cheaper than the new modern phonographs. The people liked a lot Edison's phonograph to record songs or important things to remember. |
