The Phonograph

The phonograph was invented in August 12,1877, by a American : Thomas Alva Edison 1847-1921 . He invented it so people could record things and songs.

The Edison's 1 st phonograph, was the 1 st song recorded in the world! It can record maximum is only 1 minute. When Thomas E. was inventing the phonograph, he invented 2 other things while he invented the phonograph, were the telegraph and the improvements to the telephone. The phonograph was very identical to the recorder.

     

      In 1877, Thomas Edison was working on a machine that would transcribe telegraphy messages through indentations on a paper tape. To record and save messages. He record a message by putting a needle attached to a cylinder.

          

      The phonograph had 2 diaphragm and needle units, one for recording what you say and 1 for playing back what you   said. The Edison's phonographs cost were 20 $ dollars.

Now there are different types of new moderns phonographs in   the world.

This invention is really important to our lives, till today. There are in the markets of old invention and new, are a lot of new moderns Edison's phonograph. Now thanks to the genius inventor Thomas Alva Edison we can record things and play it back too.

Thomas Alva E. invented the Phonograph.

The people did, before the phonograph was: write their songs or things to remember, in a peice of paper, and they really needed the phonograph.

When the phonograph was already invent it people buy it for only 20$ dollars! it was very cheaper than the new modern phonographs. The people liked a lot Edison's phonograph to record songs or important things to remember.
