The Student Body Government (SBG) is a student-run, teacher-sponsored, organization whose aim is to voice the opinions and concerns of the student body. The purpose of the SBG is to maintain the rights and privileges made possible by previous student governments and to unite the high school student body as a cooperative and conscientious whole. The Senate consists of  four delegates elected from/by  each class, while the Cabinet consists of five members elected from /by all grade levels of the high school.  Every school year, students of Roosevelt are candidates  for positions in this organization  and their peers vote for the best candidate. In an effort to provide better communication between the high school students, administration and faculty, and to strive to better the overall quality of  high school education, this webpage has been created. With the hope that  students will be informed of  all the aspects concerning the SBG and if any concerns rise, please feel free to e-mail us.
